User Agreement

Welcome to Meled! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of Meled ("the App"), operated by the Meled team (gemmeled@outlook.com). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Meled is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will take appropriate action, including account termination.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the App

By using Meled, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Respect other users and AI characters; refrain from posting or sharing offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

• Not engage in activities that may disrupt or harm the App’s functionality, security, or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and Data

• User Content: You are responsible for any content you submit while using Meled. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to improve user experience.

• AI-Generated Content: Meled provides AI-driven interactions that generate text-based responses. You understand that AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate.

• Data Privacy: We handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI interactions for malicious intent.

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

• Share or promote false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, trademarks, and content related to Meled belong to the Meled team.

• You may not copy, distribute, or use Meled’s content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Meled is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

• AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice; use discretion when relying on AI responses.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Meled at our discretion if you violate this Agreement.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Meled after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
